This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

Are there any limitations about how many support tickets I can manage?

No, there are no limitations. You can manage as many support tickets or customers or support staff as you want.

Is it 100% self-hosted?

Yes, Fluent Support is 100% self-hosted. Fluent Support will not connect with any of our SAAS servers. You own the data, and your data should be hosted on your hosting server.

Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes, your data never goes to a different server like HelpScout, ZenDesk or Freshdesk. All the data will be saved and managed into WordPress.

Will it is a performance issue for WordPress?

Absolutely not! From the very first, We were careful about this. It stores all the related data in custom database tables, so it will not affect your WordPress database. We built the application with VueJS, and it’s only run when you go to the admin dashboard of Fluent Support. Also, The Admin UI is super-fast as It’s a SPA and communicates over ajax.

Not much more to say. I have a wordpress website with wpforo installed, some other plugins and FluentSupport. Somehow, the TextBox where you can add Ticket Details always showed up only after refreshing the page. Ahsan replied shortly after I opened a Ticket and helped me out. After a couple tries, we found out that the problem was one of the plugins installed which conflicted with the FluentSupport plugin. Deactivated the troublemaking plugin on the support page and now it’s working fine again.In case somebody wondering what plugin was making the troubles: wpForo UserMentioning Addon for wpForo. I don’t know why this interferes on the support page but whatever. Thanks again!

The plugin is absolutely useless. If you have issues, the customer service only responds to your questions once every four days. If you want a refund, they do not respond to your emails. why this company in business?!

I asked for a Memberpress integration for Fluent Support some few weeks ago, and the Fluent Support team were answering. The first version had a small bug , so after a quick round with the Support team, I had a new working beta in my mailbox.We are running a social community based on Buddyboss and Memberpress , and in the backend Fluent CRM, Support, Forms and SMTP take care of keeping the members happy. Thanks to one of the most innovating software team in the business.

Hi Best support plugin for Wordpress (by far) Perfect integration with Fluent CRM and Fluent Forms Please add the ability for an agent to create a ticket on his name (not under the name of the client) so that an agent can post information relevant to a client also about design : please enable customization of text area (font / font size as it doenst look good) and also avatars Last : please add a search box “tickets search” ah the top Thank you

Coming from FluentCRM I thought this would be the perfect support solution in terms of the integration there, however it’s nothing like it. The support portal is ugly and I have to do my own custom css to get it looking even remotely modern and clean. The text area where users submit tickets is also ugly as it uses the barebones wordpress text editor instead of a normal text editor that uses the sites existing styling and fonts. Also, for some reason the user’s profile photo/wordpress avatar does not even show for the user submitting the ticket. Instead it should the default grey user avatar. What’s the point? If these issues were solved then it would be great, but currently it is a disappointment from a design perspective.
